Hup Cheong 合众烧腊 began as a humble family venture in 1993, rooted in a deep passion for authentic Cantonese roast meat traditions. Our founders believed that true quality comes from time-honoured techniques, premium ingredients, and unwavering dedication to the craft.

What started in a small shop has grown into one of Singapore's most respected names in lao zao pai (老字号) roast meat, serving generations of families and becoming a staple for festive celebrations across the island.

The Custom Oven定制烤炉
At the heart of our operation is a custom-built roasting oven, engineered specifically for our unique recipes. This oven allows us to achieve the perfect balance of crispy skin, tender meat, and smoky depth that defines our signature roast duck, char siew, and suckling pig.

Secret Family Recipes秘制家传配方
Our roast meats are prepared using closely guarded family recipes passed down through generations. From the marinade blend to the glazing technique, every step is a carefully preserved secret that gives Hup Cheong its distinctive flavour and aroma.

Today, Hup Cheong operates from our Woodlands factory and serves customers at Ang Mo Kio 628 Market and Cheng San Market. We've stayed true to our roots while embracing modern convenience — offering online ordering, delivery partnerships, and pre-order festive bundles for all occasions.
